CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

There's nothing I like better than a happy customer, but if the worst should happen and you experience a problem with your purchase please contact me at jess@loadofolbobbins.co.uk and I will do my best to resolve the situation. Cancellations can be processed by request but only before the order has shipped.

CONDITIONS OF RETURNS

I want all of you to love what you've bought but if you don't, please contact me within 14 days of receipt to return your purchase (provided that the item is in it's original packaging and the same condition as when it was sent to you) and I will give you a refund upon receipt of the returned goods . If the item is not returned in it's original condition the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. When returning an item the cost of postage is the responsibility of the buyer.


If the item(s) have been damaged in transit inform me within 14 days of its arrival with the details including photographs and I can arrange either a refund or replacement where available. Damaged goods may be requested to be returned back to Loadofolbobbins for review if this should be the case postage cost will be reimbursed after the item(s) have arrived back.

ARRANGING A RETURN

- Contact us within 14 days of receipt of purchase.

- Ship items back within 21 days.

Please ask for proof of postage when posting any returns to Loadofolbobbins. Loadofolbobbins cannot be held responsible for any losses during transit.
